WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently only ship to addresses in the United States. Keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please enter a shipping address that does not include a P.O. box, or we may be forced to cancel your order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
All orders take place within the United States, meaning your order will always be shipped domestically.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
After shipment, delivery typically takes between 3 to 10 additional business days. However, due to the ongoing global situation, please allow extra time for processing and delivery. Carriers are experiencing a high volume of packages and potential delays are very possible. We are working as quickly as possible to get all orders out in a timely manner, and we appreciate your patience.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on your location and products, and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping within the United States for all orders over $45.
WHERE CAN I VIEW MY ORDER'S TRACKING INFORMATION?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status at any future time. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@pinkisinsalon.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER. WHERE'S THE REST?
Typically, when more than one product is ordered at once, we will split up the shipments into multiple packages. This allows us to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you should receive more than one shipping notification email, containing more than one tracking number. If only part of your order has arrived, please allow a few extra business days to receive the remaining package(s) and check your other tracking number(s) for reference.
